dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The paper introduces a model of the educational decision with endogenous imperfect information of the Arrow discrimination type. The effects of an element of income contingency in the finance of education is simulated. It is shown that an element of income contingency finance will, to some extent, offset the misallocation of educational resources resulting from imperfect information. The specific results of the simulations and the implications are discussed. | |
