dc.description.abstractThe thesis is divided in three main sections, two of them Chapter 2 and 3 are devoted to the study and analysis of the laser produced plasma. Finally in the third section (Chapter 4) the conclusions obtained in the first two sections are used as the basis for the explanation and discussion of the results obtained from the film growth.
