dc.description | The Minister for Health (“the Minister”) has requested that the Health Insurance Authority provide a Report to the Minister under Section 7E of the Health Insurance Act 1994. It was requested that the Report include an evaluation and analysis of Returns for the period 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019.
In preparing such a Report the Authority is required to include:
• Such matters concerning the carrying on of health insurance business that the Authority considers ought to be brought to the attention of the Minister,
• The Authority’s conclusions in relation to what Risk Equalisation Credits and stamp duty would be appropriate having had regard to the criteria set out in Section 7E(1)(b) of the Act. | en |
